MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES - Young Lions Gold Winners - 2014
The competition is open to creative teams under the age of 28, consisting of an art director and copywriter.
We were given less than 24 hours to create a print ad based on a brief given to us by MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES, one of the world’s leading independent organisations for medical humanitarian aid.
The brief was to produce a print campaign that emotionally moved people and gives the correct knowledge of MSF so that people can be directed to the website where they can donate to everyone in need.
Our approach concentrated on giving people a hard option on only choosing one person to save, giving them the message that MSF offers assistance to people irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affliation.
All the teams’ artwork was then judged by a panel of experts, with first, second and third prizes awarded to the most imaginative and creative teams. Where we were flown to Cannes to represent the UAE at the International Young Lions Competition.
